Folosim con\u0219tientul pentru toate activit\u0103\u021bile\nzilnice care cer ra\u021biune, memorie \u0219i ac\u021biune. C\u00e2nd m\u00e2nc\u0103m, c\u00e2nd ne g\u00e2ndim la\nceva, muncim, citim, vorbim, c\u00e2nd lu\u0103m decizii, analiz\u0103m o situa\u021bie, in toate\naceste cazuri ne folosim de partea con\u0219tient\u0103 a mintii noastre. Felul in care\ng\u00e2ndim este determinat de partea con\u0219tient\u0103 a min\u021bii noastre si tot con\u0219tientul\neste r\u0103spunz\u0103tor de performan\u021bele sau de e\u0219ecurile noastre \u00een laturile practice\nale vie\u021bii noastre, dar \u0219i de fericirea sau nefericirea noastr\u0103. Ce este foarte\ninteresant, este c\u0103 la na\u0219tere noi nu avem minte con\u0219tient\u0103. Aceasta se\nformeaz\u0103 pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce umplem mintea con\u0219tient\u0103 cu informa\u021bii, mai \u00eent\u00e2i de la\np\u0103rin\u021bi, mai apoi de la familia l\u0103rgit\u0103 (bunici, rude, bone etc), iar mai\nt\u00e2rziu de la \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori, profesori \u0219i nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd din c\u0103r\u021bile citite \u0219i\nchiar de la televizor, internet etc. A\u0219a se face c\u0103 mintea con\u0219tient\u0103 este cea\ncare ne impune limite psihice \u0219i mentale (inutile \u0219i d\u0103un\u0103toare de altfel) \u0219i\neste cea care poate suferi blocaje psihologice care conduc la probleme de\nvia\u021b\u0103, greut\u0103\u021bi, ne\u00eempliniri \u0219i chiar depresii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen func\u021bie de calitatea informa\u021biilor pe care\nle primim, le \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m sau le extragem din mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, mai ales \u00een\nprimii ani de via\u021b\u0103, vom *dezvolta* dou\u0103 programe de g\u00e2ndire (ca un software de\ncalculator): un program orientat c\u0103tre pozitivitate, optimism, \u00eemplinire, fericire\n\u0219i un program orientat c\u0103tre negativism, pesimism, triste\u021be etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este nevoie de ani (dintre care primii \u0219ase\nsunt foarte importan\u021bi) p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd mintea con\u0219tient\u0103 se formeaz\u0103 pe deplin, devenind\ncentrul logicii, centrul ra\u021bional, centrul analitic al min\u021bii noastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mintea con\u0219tient\u0103 sau con\u0219tientul reprezinta\naspectul cel mai limitat al con\u0219tiin\u021bei noastre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SUBCON\u0218TIENTUL<\/strong>&nbsp;sau&nbsp;\u201cPrecon\u0219tientul\u201d a\u0219a cum l-a\nnumit Freud, este acea parte a con\u0219tiin\u021bei noastre care apare \u00een conflictul\ndintre con\u0219tient \u0219i incon\u0219tient, dar situ\u00e2ndu-se mai aproape de con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i\nparticip\u00e2nd la refularea pulsiunilor incon\u0219tiente. Acestea sunt filtrate prin\nsubcon\u0219tient \u0219i numai unele dintre acestea ajung \u00een con\u0219tient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Subcon\u0219tientul<\/strong> este rezervorul unde se conserva toate actele\nce au trecut c\u00e2ndva prin filtrul con\u0219tiin\u021bei, s-au realizat cu efort, dar care\nse afla \u00eentr-o stare latenta, de virtualitate psihica put\u00e2nd \u00eens\u0103 sa redevina\noric\u00e2nd active, sa p\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 pragul con\u0219tientului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesta (SC) cuprinde informa\u021bii, amintiri, automatisme,\ndeprinderi, ticuri, st\u0103ri de set (montaj) perceptiv \u0219i intelectual, tonusul\nemo\u021bional, motive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Subcon\u0219tientul este acela care pune \u00een\npractic\u0103&nbsp;g\u00e2ndurile care provin de la con\u0219tient \u0219i \u00een func\u021bie de for\u021ba\nacestora, subcon\u0219tientul \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 le materializeze, adic\u0103 s\u0103 le duc\u0103 la\n\u00eendeplinire, indiferent dac\u0103 este un g\u00e2nd bun sau unul r\u0103u, indiferent dac\u0103\nacel g\u00e2nd este o dorin\u021b\u0103 de-a noastr\u0103 sau doar un g\u00e2nd sc\u0103pat de sub control\n(un g\u00e2nd negativ, o obsesie etc).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>De re\u021binut este faptul c\u0103 subcon\u0219tientul nu\ndiferen\u021biaz\u0103 emo\u0163ia sau&nbsp; sentimentul pozitiv de cel negativ \u0219i de asemenea\nnu face distinc\u021bia \u00eentre bine sau r\u0103u,<strong>&nbsp;el este neutru \u015fi nu g\u00e2nde\u015fte<\/strong>.\nDoar con\u0219tientul nostru este acela care distinge \u00eentre bine \u0219i r\u0103u, \u00eentre o\nemo\u021bie pozitiv\u0103 \u0219i una negativ\u0103. Subcon\u0219tientul nostru este mult mai puternic\n\u00een procesarea informa\u021biilor dec\u00e2t con\u0219tientul nostru.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visele, de\u0219i au punctul de pornire in incon\u0219tient,\nele se finalizeaz\u0103 \u0219i se depoziteaz\u0103 \u00een sfera subcon\u0219tientului, si anume, in\netajul superior al acestuia, ceea ce face posibila con\u0219tientizarea si relatarea\ncon\u021binutului lor imediat dup\u0103 trezire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar totu\u015fi, ce este subcon\u015ftientul? \u201eGrand\ndictionnaire de la psychologie\u201c (1994) define\u015fte subcon\u015ftientul ca fiind\n\u201eansamblul st\u0103rilor psihice de care subiectul nu este con\u015ftient, dar care\ninfluen\u0163eaz\u0103 comportamentul s\u0103u\u201c. Tot acolo se afirm\u0103 c\u0103 el reprezint\u0103 un\ncon\u0163inut de g\u00e2ndire, aflat la limitele intr\u0103rii \u00een con\u015ftiin\u0163\u0103. Cei mai mul\u0163i\nautori concep subcon\u015ftientul ca pe un nivel psihic ce cuprinde actele care au\nfost c\u00e2ndva con\u015ftiente, dar care \u00een prezent se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een afara controlului\ncon\u015ftient. El este rezervorul unde se consum\u0103 amintirile, automatismele,\ndeprinderile, ticurile, scenariile intelectuale sau percep\u0163iile stereotipe,\ndeci toate actele ce au trecut c\u00e2ndva prin filtrul con\u015ftiin\u0163ei, s-au realizat\ncu efort, dar care se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare latent\u0103, put\u00e2nd s\u0103 redevin\u0103 oric\u00e2nd\nactive, s\u0103 p\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 pragul con\u015ftiin\u0163ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INCON\u0218TIENTUL<\/strong> (sau supra-eul) este acela care\n\u00eenregistreaz\u0103, \u00een permanen\u0163\u0103, toate informa\u0163iile \u0219i g\u00e2ndurile din jurul nostru,\ntot ceea ce \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m pe parcursul vie\u021bii \u0219i de asemenea emo\u0163iile, senza\u0163iile,\nimaginile, sunetele \u015fi gusturile, toate acestea fiind apoi arhivate mental; sub\nacest aspect incon\u0219tientul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca \u201dmemorie\u201d. Aceste procese mentale\npresupun miliarde de opera\u0163ii ce au loc \u00eentr-un timp foarte scurt; spre exemplu\no persoan\u0103 \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de treizeci de ani acumuleaz\u0103 \u00een jur de trei trilioane de\ninforma\u021bii (g\u00e2nduri), ce sunt depozitate \u00een<strong>&nbsp;memorie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, inconstientul este acela care\nasigur\u0103 \u015fi controlul tuturor func\u0163iilor biologice ale organismului nostru, cum\nar fi respira\u0163ia, digestia, ingestia hranei, b\u0103t\u0103ile inimii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconstientul gestioneaz\u0103 \u015fi toate ac\u0163iunile\nsau reac\u0163iile automate pe care le facem \u00een mod spontan, f\u0103r\u0103 a ne g\u00e2ndi la ele,\ncum ar fi condusul ma\u015finii, \u00eennotul, sau orice alt\u0103 ac\u021biune pe care o facem \u00een\nmod automat, \u00een timp ce, poate, ne g\u00e2ndim la altceva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incon\u0219tientul nostru func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un \u201dhard\ndisk\u201d (de calculator) pe care sunt stocate informa\u021bii ce pot fi oric\u00e2nd\nreamintite, adic\u0103 aduse \u00een sfera con\u0219tiin\u021bei. Prin intermediul incon\u0219tientului\npot fi reamintite diverse informa\u021bii sau deprinderi, f\u0103r\u0103 ca acestea s\u0103 ne fie\nutile neaparat \u00een momentul reamintirii. Tot ceea ce \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m pe tot parcursul\nvie\u021bii se imprim\u0103 \u00een incon\u0219tient (prin intermediul subconstientului), iar\natunci c\u00e2nd aveam nevoie de o informa\u021bie acces\u0103m incon\u0219tientul pentru a o aduce\n\u00een sfera con\u0219tii\u021bei, unde o prelucr\u0103m sau o transmitem, verbal, mai departe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebuie s\u0103 re\u021binem faptul c\u0103&nbsp;<strong>subcon\u0219tientul\n\u0219i incon\u0219tientul<\/strong>&nbsp;sunt responsabile pentru cel putin 90% din g\u00e2ndurile,\nemo\u021biile \u0219i ac\u021biunile noastre din fiecare zi. De cele mai multe ori, mintea\nnoastr\u0103 se&nbsp;comport\u0103 ca un \u201c<strong>pilot automat\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;care ne conduce\nvia\u021ba, \u00eentruc\u00e2t mintea con\u0219tient\u0103 (con\u0219tientul) o folosim \u00een mai putin de 10%\ndin ac\u021biunile zilnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acum \u0219tim cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 subcon\u0219tientul \u0219i\nc\u00e2t de important este rolul s\u0103u, motiv pentru care trebuie s\u0103 ne asigur\u0103m \u00een\npermanen\u021b\u0103 c\u0103-l aliment\u0103m doar cu g\u00e2nduri \u0219i sugestii pozitive, \u00eentruc\u00e2t tot\nceea ce transmitem \u00een subcon\u0219tient, voluntar sau involuntar, acesta \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103\nmaterializeze, iar mai devreme sau mai t\u00e2rziu vom tr\u0103i, sub form\u0103 de\nexperien\u021be, tot ceea ce am transmis \u00een trecut \u00een mod constant \u00een subcon\u0219tient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ca o conluzie<\/strong>&nbsp;se pot re\u021bine c\u00e2teva idei esen\u021biale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Incon\u0219tientul&nbsp;nu doarme niciodat\u0103, el\neste acela care ne dirijeaz\u0103 ac\u021biunile, ne ghideaz\u0103 intui\u021bia, ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103\nmemor\u0103m anumite fapte \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103ri ale vie\u021bii. De asemenea, incon\u0219tientul este\nresponsabil de func\u021bionarea optim\u0103 a organismului nostru, respectiv controleaz\u0103\nb\u0103t\u0103ile inimii, circula\u021bia s\u00e2ngelui, digestia, asigur\u0103 eliminarea rezidurilor.\nEste responsabil de s\u0103n\u0103tatea noastr\u0103; atunci c\u00e2nd suntem bolnavi,\nincon\u0219tientul este acela care face tot posibilul s\u0103 redevenim s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i.\nDatorit\u0103 for\u021bei sale uria\u0219e, incon\u0219tientul este capabil s\u0103 controleze toate\nprocesele vitale, func\u021biile corpului.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Subcon\u0219tientul se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o permanent\u0103\nleg\u0103tur\u0103 cu divinitatea, cu tot ceea ce se afl\u0103 \u00een spa\u021biul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, cu\n\u00eentregul univers. Este latura transcendent\u0103 a noastr\u0103, este Dumnezeul din noi.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Subcon\u0219tientul de\u021bine deja, \u00een profunzimile\nsale latente, solu\u021biile perfecte la toate problemele care ne fr\u0103m\u00e2nta \u0219i ne\npoate \u00eendeplini direct propor\u021bional cu intensitatea \u00eencrederii, orice dorin\u021b\u0103.\nCel mai bun mod de convingere este, de exemplu, s\u0103-i sugerezi ferm \u00eenainte de a\nadormi: \u201dVreau s\u0103 m\u0103 trezesc la ora 5 diminea\u021ba\u201d \u0219i vei constata c\u0103 te vei\ntrezi exact la ora dorit\u0103.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nu \u00eentrebuin\u021ba niciodat\u0103 formul\u0103ri de tipul:\n\u201cnu am mijloace\u201d sau \u201c\u00eemi este imposibil\u201d sau \u201cniciodat\u0103 n-am s\u0103 pot\u201d, \u00eentruc\u00e2t\n\u00ee\u021bi vei sabota singur reu\u0219itele.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Con\u0219tientul este \u0219i paznicul c\u0103ii de acces\nspre incon\u0219tient. \u00cen mod normal, prima lui func\u021bie ar trebui s\u0103 fie aceea de a\nocroti incon\u0219tientul, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00een el s\u0103 nu ajung\u0103 s\u0103 se imprime idei false,\nconvingeri gre\u0219ite sau g\u00e2nduri negative.
