Este posibil ca ceea ce st\u0103 \u00een calea succesului t\u0103u s\u0103 fie tocmai g\u00e2ndurile \u0219i percep\u021biile tale?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigur c\u0103 da! Eu \u00eensumi sunt o persoana orientat\u0103 c\u0103tre atingerea scopurilor mele, muncesc \u0219i lucrez la acestea, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp am \u0219i momente \u00een care emo\u021biile m\u0103 cople\u0219esc sau am tendin\u021ba de a fi u\u0219or afectat de ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpla \u00een jurul meu, lucru care poate conduce uneori la apari\u021bia \u00eendoielii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca \u0219i coach, am \u00eent\u00e2lnit des acest model printre clien\u021bii mei. \u0218i atunci s-a n\u0103scut \u00eentrebarea : \u201eDe ce unii dintre cei mai inteligen\u021bi oameni \u00ee\u0219i saboteaz\u0103 propriul succes?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce nu-\u0219i recunosc \u0219i de ce nu-\u0219i apreciaz\u0103 propriile realiz\u0103ri? De ce \u201ecolec\u021bioneaz\u0103\u201d at\u00e2t de multe emo\u021bii negative?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0218i atunci m-am \u00eentrebat care este \u201cvehiculul\u201d care aduce cu sine aceste emo\u021bii d\u0103un\u0103toare psihicului uman?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u0103spunsul este <strong>g\u00e2ndul. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0218i nu orice g\u00e2nduri, ci este vorba de g\u00e2ndurile noastre incon\u0219tiente, numite \u0219i <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"distorsiuni negative (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liviumacovei.ro\/index.php\/2019\/02\/06\/distorsiunile-cognitive\/\" target=\"_blank\">distorsiuni cognitive<\/a><\/strong> (Aaron Beck, David Burns). Este normal s\u0103 avem din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd aceste g\u00e2nduri ira\u021bionale, dar\u2026ce s\u0103 vezi!?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un om are \u00een jur de 70-80.000 de g\u00e2nduri pe zi! Da, e mult! Ca s\u0103 demonstrez pe scurt c\u00e2t de productiv\u0103 este mintea noastr\u0103, v\u0103 provoc la urm\u0103torul exerci\u021biu! A\u0219eza\u021bi-v\u0103 \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie relaxat\u0103, \u00eenchide-\u021bi ochii si pentru c\u00e2teva clipe concentra\u021bi-v\u0103 asupra respira\u021biei. Acum, num\u0103ra\u021bi \u00een g\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la 21, fiecare num\u0103r reprezent\u00e2nd o inspira\u021bie \u0219i o expira\u021bie. Dac\u0103, \u00een orice moment al exerci\u021biului, apare un g\u00e2nd, pierde\u021bi num\u0103r\u0103toarea sau sunte\u021bi distra\u0219i de ceva\u2026relua\u021bi exerci\u021biul de la \u00eenceput. \u0218i asta, ori de c\u00e2te ori e nevoie p\u00e2n\u0103 ajunge\u021bi la 21!!! Pot s\u0103 pariez cu voi, c\u0103 nu v-a reu\u0219it de prima oar\u0103. poate nici a doua chiar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenind, aceste g\u00e2nduri sunt at\u00e2t simple c\u00e2t \u0219i complexe, dar partea frumoasa abia acum vine: 70-80% dintre aceste g\u00e2nduri sunt negative(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\">www.psychologytoday.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce e de f\u0103cut c\u00e2nd te confrun\u021bi cu acest flux continuu de g\u00e2nduri? \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi c\u0103 sunt doar g\u00e2nduri, iar acestea tr\u0103iesc exact at\u00e2t c\u00e2t mintea noastr\u0103 le \u021bine \u00een via\u021b\u0103. Conteaz\u0103 mult s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi c\u0103 sunt doar g\u00e2nduri, s\u0103 nu le d\u0103m mare importan\u021b\u0103, pentru c\u0103 \u00eencet \u0219i sigur se vor transforma, \u00een credin\u021bele noastre, \u00een felul nostru de a fi, \u00een tr\u0103s\u0103turile noastre de personalitate \u0219i \u00een final \u00een destinul nostru. Dar cel mai grav lucru posibil este c\u0103 acest flux vine din subcon\u0219tient, iar asta te face s\u0103 crezi la modul con\u0219tient c\u0103 a\u0219a e\u0219ti tu, a\u0219a este viata ta, e normal ce \u021bi se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103. Este vorba de dialogul interior. \u00cen loc s\u0103 ne repet\u0103m motivele pentru care nu vom reu\u0219i, am putea cauta solu\u021bii la problemele sau situa\u021biile cu care ne confrunt\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primul pas e f\u0103cut: recunoa\u0219tem acum c\u0103 ale noastre g\u00e2nduri ira\u021bionale sunt nefolositoare, ilogice \u0219i \u00een parte \u201cmo\u0219tenite\u201d \u0219i implantate de familie, \u0219coal\u0103, societate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eentrebarea, \u201cCum schimb g\u00e2ndirea negativ\u0103?\u201d \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd haide s\u0103 vedem care sunt acele distorsiuni negative care apar cel mai des \u00een dialogul vostru interior. La modul negativ folosim *\u2026trebuie\u2026nu pot\u2026nu sunt \u00een stare\u2026*, la modul pozitiv *\u2026prefer\u2026.sper\u2026doresc\u2026.vreau*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dialogul interior presupune alternarea perioadelor \u00een care *vorbim* cu noi \u00een\u0219ine, cu cele \u00een care *ascult\u0103m* de noi \u00een\u0219ine.
